This lightly aged rum is refined and blended to a smooth perfection, imparting balanced flavors with an exotic freshness. Its unique blend of Demerara rums and natural spices – cinnamon and vanilla with hints of citrus – delivers a genuine Caribbean flavor with a smooth taste and rich aroma.

• Lightly aged, spiced Demerara rum produced by Demerara Distillers Limited at Diamond Distillery, the last remaining distillery in Guyana
• Produced in accordance with the Demerara Rum Geographical Indication
• Distilled from 100% molasses primarily in DDL’s heritage four-column metal French Savalle still
• Botanicals include clove, nutmeg, cinnamon, and orange peel; macerated post-distillation
• Lightly aged before bottling; a portion of the blend aged up to 3 years
• Enticing aromas of vanilla pudding, toasted cinnamon, and nutmeg lead to a surprisingly sprightly palate of light baking spice with a hint of green peppercorn and star anise; a final push of cinnamon closes out the balanced finish
• 35% ABV
