Named for Elijah Craig one of the founding fathers of bourbon best known for being the first to age whiskey in charred oak barrels, one of bourbon's distinct profiles. Elijah Craig Small Batch Bourbon is an excellent bourbon composed by blending barrels aged between 8-12 years year old giving the bourbon delicious flavor notes of sweet cream, vanilla and nutmeg, perfect for those old fashions at dinner or by the campfire
