Taste: elegant, coastal, dry, vibrant acidity, and aromatic. Bedell's estate Rose is dry, elegant, balanced, and medium-bodied with fresh acidity. The plush palate gives flavors of strawberry, white peach, pineapple, melon, and nuances of herbs.

The rosé is a unique blend of hand-picked, sustainably grown fruit. Made by gently pressing whole clusters, and fermented with wild yeasts. 2023 produced elegant, balanced wines with refreshing acidity and savory minerality that reflect the maritime climate of the North Fork.

Bedell Cellars is one of the first wineries established in 1980 on Long Island's North Fork. They are a family-owned winery focused on sustainability. Bedell’s 2009 Merlot was the only red wine served at the 2013 Inaugural Luncheon, marking the first time in American history that a New York wine was served at a Presidential Inauguration.
