The word reserve means that the cava needs a minimum of 15 months of aging. This variety is made with macabeo, xarelello and parellada.

It is the ideal cava to accompany aperitifs, starters, fish and white meat. Its aromas present fruity notes, confectionery, flowers and vegetables. In the mouth we notice yeast, fresh fruit, creaminess and, above all, a very soft and well-integrated carbonation.
