From the climat "La Tournelle". Fermented and aged in french oak barrels for about 12 months, then transferred to stainless steel vats for 3 months before bottling.

A family estate now managed by Ulrich Dujardin, who passes his passion on to his children every day, Domaine Dujardin produces renowned appellations such as Monthélie 1er Cru, Meursault blanc, Auxey-Duresses. The domaine has an area of 8 hectares of vines. Committed winegrower and independent winegrower, Domaine Dujardin uses traditional winemaking methods.

The culture of the vine is done in reasoned control (by limiting the contributions of chemical fertilizers, weedkiller and insecticide) in order to maintain the necessary vigor of the plants, without seeking overproduction, detrimental to the quality of the wines and to the the environment.

The harvests are entirely manual to ensure a qualitative sorting.
