Isolation Proof Gin was born in a barn in New York's Catskills Mountains and crafted using low-intervention techniques, 7 botanicals and nearby the mineral rich spring waters. The production methods result in a gin with a creamy and textured body that captures the woodsy terroir of the Catskills

Botanicals : Juniper, Coriander, Cassia Bark, Angelica Root, Licorice Root, Orange Peel and Cubeb Pepper
