A delightfully tangy rosé Champagne that is fruity and floral with a fresh & fine mousse

Taste: Bouquet of red berry and cherry fruit, with whispers of anise hyssop and baking spices.  The wine is round and refined on the palate with more red fruit and a delicately nutty quality.

A blended rosé, made with the addition of still Pinot Noir wines from Aÿ and Bouzy.  Aged 24 months on the lees.
