Neversink Apple Aperitif blend of brandy aged for approximately 1 year before blending with bittersweet cider pressed from heirloom apples. The blend is aged in neutral french oak barrels for a minimum of 1.5 years. The result is a super versatile Aperitif that can enjoyed over ice, in a spritz or with a rich dessert.
