Neversink Spirits Single Malt Whiskey

Neversink Spirits Single Malt is made in collaboration with sister brewery Kent Falls Brewing in Kent Falls CT. Kent Falls Brewery produces the wort that this whiskey is distilled from us 100% New York grown malted barley and water from their artesian. The wort is then twice distilled in hybrid pot and columns in Port Chester New York by Neversink and aged in Neversink's ex-bourbon and brandy for a minimum of four years. Floral and herbaceous this smooth American Sinlge has earthy flavors of walnut, morel mushroom and raw honey. This whiskey is worthy of being behind any single malt fans bar
