Domaine La Guintrandy is located at the gates of the Enclave des Papes, in the territory of Visan and Tulette.

La Guintrandy is a recent wine estate but with a very busy history. Indeed, remains of Gallo-Roman burials from the first century were discovered on the estate's land in 1966. GUINTRANDY comes from GUNTRAN of Visigothic origin, the name of the place is found in the archives of the Abbey of Cluny, owner of the place around the year 1000. A papal marker from the 13th century, very well preserved, still indicates the limit of their domain and the current limit between Drôme and Vaucluse... Then the GUINTRANDY family, Visanais nobles, will own the domain and then settle on rue nobles in Visan. We lost track of them in the middle of the 18th century. Family property since 1850, Marie-Claude and Olivier Cuilleras represent the fifth and sixth generation of owner-harvesters. The vineyard located in the Devès de Visan, Combes and Saint Léger district in Tulette is located at an altitude varying from 180 to 230 meters on clay-limestone terroirs very suitable for vines.
