Additional info:
Hand-harvested grapes are macerated on the skins for 14 hours. After pressing, the juice ferments in neutral barrels. Aged on lees for over 36 months. Low dosage.

Vincent Charlot is a passionate winemaker and biodynamic farmer dedicated to crafting site-specific Champagnes that are vivid expressions of terroir.
Charlot works with 39 different plots of vineyards throughout the Marne Valley, all with varying soils & expositions. The 'La Dune' parcel is just .28 hectares of Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier planted in 1955 on iron-rich clay with sand and flint. Vincent calls his rosé from this vineyard “en dentelle” or lacy, referring to its elegant character.
