Yola Mezcal (200ml)

Yola Mezcal is led by Yola Jimenez owner of the famed La Clandestina Mezcaleria in Mexico and distilled by Mezcalera Guadalupe Bautista in the town of San Juan Del Rio,Oaxaca. Using a family recipe that calls for both Espadin and Madrecuixe Agave plants which are roasted for 96 hours then fermented in oak for up to ten days before distillation. This mezcal has a creamy texture with caramel softly smoked pineapple on the palate.
