Bertha, a small cava producer located 20 miles west of Barcelona, is passionate about producing quality wines from excellent vineyard sites. Their entry-level bottling undergoes a 15-month maturation process on the lees, adding complexity and character before being bottled brut nature with no added sugar. The resulting cava is crisp with yeasty notes, featuring orchard fruit and a distinct minerality. It pairs exceptionally well with shellfish.
