Bordiga has been producing Centum Herbis since opening in 1888. Centum Herbis translates to 100 Herbs in Latin and is Bordiga's version of a Alpine Herbal Liqueur. Made by individually infusing each botanical in a neutral wheat spirit for 20-50 days, then blended with alpine water and beet sugar before it rests for 30 days. A great replacement for chartreuse!
