Taste: A slightly dry junmai with subtle aromas of honey and pear with flavors of cashews and toasted cereal. Complimented by hints of minerality from Mt. Rokko’s natural spring water.
Taste: Phonograph Un-Sweet Harvest Cider has a complex, dry, and aromatic taste, starting with a refreshing, juicy apple flavor that evolves into a tart, dry finish, with notes of green apple, vanilla, and grapefruit. It is a semi-dry, unfiltered cider.
Taste: Soft yellow colour. Typical floral scent: acacia blossoms and wisteria, with notes of honey and banana. The strong acidity gives the freshness; the bubbles in the mouth are velvety, silky.
Taste: broad texture and juicy acidity are at play with bright notes of cherry and dried violets. Meant to drink young, this wine is exotic and imposing in its depth while still softer and more pliant than it appears.
Taste: Traditioanl junmai aromas of Asian pear, salted melon, banana, and cream. The silky palate has a satisfying weight and is gently mouthwatering. Flavors include fruity notes from the nose-pear, melon and banana-but also wonderfully savory aspects.
