About the Wine:Brisat Orange is a natural wine made from a blend of Parellada, Sumoll Blanc, Garnatxa Blanca, and Moscatell from Penedes, Catalunya, Spain. The grapes are macerated for 5 days on the skins; the wine spends three months in underground cement tanks. Hand harvested, low sulfites at bottling.
About the Producer: Exotic and traditional amber wine, called "Brisat" in Catalan. Grown lovingly in the foothills of the Albera mountains in Emporda Spain. Ten gernerations of Catalan tradition pour passionately from this bottle. David Pujol Cargol continues the tration, using low intervention techniques.
