This Rye Whiskey is made up of 80% rye, 15% malted barley and 5% malted rye, then aged for 6 months in New American Oak and finished for 3 months in Quady Winery's Vermouth barrels. The rich nose of cinnamon adds to the complex flavors of vanilla and white pepper on the palate. Perfect for a sazerac or on the rocks
