Taste: Deadwood Bourbon Whiskey is bottled in small batches. Light amber in color with aromas of sweet corn, grains, and light oak. Sweet and spicy on the palate with notes of fruit, honey, pepper, and smoke. Full body and finishes with lots of spice. Dates and nutmeg on the nose with a palate of Bosc pear, light vanilla, and lingering caramel. Aged at least 2 years in New American oak.

American straight bourbon whiskey blended and bottled in Bardstown, Kentucky, by Proof and Wood. Distilled in Indiana. Mash bill of 75% corn, 21% rye, and 4% barley. Aged a minimum 2 years in 53-gallon barrels. Blended in small batches of approximately 20 barrels
