Fort Hamilton uses 100% New York grown grain to distill this tasty single barrel rye whiskey. The mash bill is 90% Rye and 10% Malted Barley and after distillation the whiskey is then aged for a minimum of 3 years in char level 3 oak barrels notes. Packed with flavor notes of white pepper, caramel, juniper and cherry this an exceptional Rye that would be excellent in a Old Pal or on the rocks
