This demi-sec Vouvray is produced by Domaine Huet using biodynamic practices and native yeasts, avoiding malolactic fermentation. The wine is medium-bodied with soft stony texture and a clean finish. It is described as having a medium yellow/silver color with aromas of fresh pear, hay, delicate smoky earth, wet stone, and fresh linen.
