Taste: The 2021 Sylvain Cathiard Bourgogne Rouge is a highly-regarded, vibrant Pinot Noir from Burgundy, offering bright red fruit (raspberry, cherry), floral notes, spice, and earthy hints, known for its silky texture, fresh acidity, and surprising depth.

Taste: Bright ruby color, the bouquet is filled with complex notes of black cherry, balsamic vinegar, chocolate, tobacco and spices. The taste is typically concentrated reflecting its territory. Remarkable elegance for tannins.

Taste: Smell of orange blossom, honey, black tea and dried apricots. Taste of dried apricot, dried peach, orange zest, floral, aromatic and rich. Full skin and stems in qvevri for 7 months

Taste: Elderberry and blackberry, black pepper and tar, herbal tea, dried meat. The palate initially reveals an oily base, then a grainy tannin in a strong dose, the acidity appears ripe and seamlessly integrated.

Taste: There's flinty, smoky, salty reduction going on here, but it's well-judged and lends an extra layer of complexity, as well as providing additional tension. Excellent precision defines the mid-palate.

Biodynamic Farming. Taste: a delicate perfume of chamomile, spearmint and nectarine. There's a round richness to the wine's mid-palate, elegant and fine-boned, which is quite the feat in this dry, warm year. It offers vibrant acidity, striking minerality.

Organic Farming. Antica Terra "The Glories No. 3" 2019 is a rare, premium white blend from Oregon's Willamette Valley, primarily Chardonnay with some dried Roussanne, known for its complex, savory notes of radish, butter, eucalyptus, lemongrass, and brine.

Certified Organic. "You will be hard-pressed to find a better Willamette Valley Chardonnay in this price range. The 2021 vintage of the estate Chardonnay is filled with tropical aromas of an icy lemon granita, lime sorbet and a touch of pineapple."

Certified Organic. Taste: Golden yellow with hint of pink and persistent bubbles. Fresh white fruits such as apricot and white peach as well as citrus notes of lime and Valencia orange. The Pinot Noir contributes notes of brioche and toast.

Taste: Ripe redcurrant, black cherry, dried herb, cedar wood and leafy nuances introduce the 2022 Rouge. Freshly cut violets add a floral layer. Refined and savory, the 2022 hits the palate with good concentration and vivid inner energy.

Taste: aromas of white fruits, delicate floral notes, and a subtle minerality characteristic of the limestone soils of the region. on the palate, it stands out for its freshness, balance, and finesse, with beautiful acidity and a lingering finish.

Organic Farming. Taste: This 2022 turns out to be a little riper than usual, a consequence of a particularly sunny vintage: lily, fresh mango, roasted grapefruit. emains lively and well-taut, a finish on which returns to citrus fruits with a mineral hint.
