This is a delicious, aromatic and playful bottle of wine. Our Diamond is very lightly sparking, crisp, dry and what you smell and taste are mineral, citrus and tree fruits driven along with a mild "grapiness" that is alluring, cozy and crazy delicious.

Certified Biodynamic. Taste: Red currant, raspberry, cherry brioche fill a full, doughy base, threaded with an oxidative note, and tightened with a bitter red currant grip. A powerful, distinct style.
Taste: The nose is for diving, ripe but not overripe, yeast notes, exotic fruit, guava, candied fruit, also mushroom and hazelnut, very complex. Strong on the palate, full-bodied, excellent in structure, matured to perfection.
Taste: exceptional Champagne, only released in top vintages, shows its rare qualities. Its poise between texture, acidity, intense aging ability and minerality are so right. It is ready to drink, but that would be a shame, because this wine will age well.
