Taste: There's flinty, smoky, salty reduction going on here, but it's well-judged and lends an extra layer of complexity, as well as providing additional tension. Excellent precision defines the mid-palate.

Biodynamic Farming. Taste: a delicate perfume of chamomile, spearmint and nectarine. There's a round richness to the wine's mid-palate, elegant and fine-boned, which is quite the feat in this dry, warm year. It offers vibrant acidity, striking minerality.

"Complex and rich, this is so beautiful already, showing cooked and al-dente apples, as well as light pineapple and hints of vanilla and toast. Full-bodied and layered, with integrated tannins and a long, flavorful finish. Savory at the end. Excellent.
