Taste: Smoky, flinty notes suggest some reduction at first but open nicely to reveal green-plum and yuzu aromas.

Certified Organic, Biodynamic Farming & Vegan. Taste: A skin contact blend of Chenin Blanc and Chardonnay, this dry, medium-bodied wine is structured and refreshing. Aromas of stone fruits, black tea, citrus are very food-friendly.

Taste: A very pale rose color & persistent fine bead. Initial aromas are very intense yeasty/lemony freshness. The nose opens showing more complex, yeast-extract notes & red-apple fruit. There is lovely sharp, lively acidity & some grip.
