Taste: This clear rum has faintly tropical fruit aromas and flavors, with a concentrated sweetness and exuberant aromas of lime skin, clover honey, Greek yogurt, and orange flower water lead to a round palate of lime oil and apricot with a waxy, mineralic finish and a late whisper of orange creamsicle.

About the Rhum: Unaged rhum agricole produced by Rhum J.M in Macouba, Martinique. Distilled from sugarcane juice; sugarcane is grown on the J.M estate and surrounding farms located near the distillery. ugarcane is crushed within one hour of harvest and open fermented with French baker’s yeast for 24 hours. Distilled on a Creole copper column still. Distillate is proofed with spring water sourced from Mt. Pelée; the rhum is rested and gradually reduced for 6 months before bottling. With the highest ABV in the Rhum J.M lineup, the Blanc 55% accentuates the potent vegetal and mineral qualities of Rhum J.M’s house style while offering even more cocktailing versatility with its ability to stand up to increased dilution.
