Taste: Smell of orange blossom, honey, black tea and dried apricots. Taste of dried apricot, dried peach, orange zest, floral, aromatic and rich. Full skin and stems in qvevri for 7 months. 

In 2016 started planting own vines and after 5 years started its production. Grapes are harvested from organic vineyards located in Kakheti region, Georgia. The whole estate is run according organic principles. The wines are made with wild yeast and free from any additives. Most of the wines are fermented with skins and aged in Kvevris which are traditional clay pots used in Georgia. Nowadays, Guram owns 3ha of vines and produces between 5 000 and 10 000 bottles per year.
