The 2024 vintage blends organically-farmed (ECOCERT) Grenache, Syrah, and Cinsault, sourced from vineyards tempered by the Mediterranean. A gentle maceration prior to fermentation gives the wine its signature pale hue.

About the Producer: Souleil’s story starts in a sun-drenched wine region of southern France along the Mediterranean Sea, where founders Marianne and Thomas grew up surfing and shucking oysters. After years cultivating their own expertise working in wine, the childhood friends began to dream about making a wine that embodies the feel of an endless summer. Their wines are served with a side of purpose, with part of the proceeds supporting ocean conservation.
