Taste: Critic tasting note: (2008 vintage) "Medium salmon pink, delicate pinkish glints, silver touch, persistent, creamy mousse. A crisp biscuity tone underpins red fruit nuances such as sweetheart cherries, pineberries, white flowers, orange zest, and a sprig of fresh mint. On the palate, vibrant freshness is embraced with dark forest berries, but also cranberries mingled with herbs such as thyme and rosemary, as well as a slight honey nuanced core. The wine offers an ethereal quality, accentuated by soft toasted aromas on the finish, resulting in great length, and mineral reverberations. An accessible, multifaceted food companion with ageing potential."

Organic Farming. Taste: The Egon Müller 'Scharzhof' Riesling 2021 from Mosel, Germany, is a highly-regarded, mineral-driven off-dry Riesling known for its vibrant acidity, citrus & stone fruit notes (apple, peach), hint of slate, and a long, crisp finish.
Raveneau's signature elegance with ripe fruit balanced by racy acidity and chalky structure. It's praised for its complexity, featuring hints of ginger, pepper, hazelnuts, and floral notes, with critics noting its richness, depth, and stunning quality.
Taste: exceptional Champagne, only released in top vintages, shows its rare qualities. Its poise between texture, acidity, intense aging ability and minerality are so right. It is ready to drink, but that would be a shame, because this wine will age well.
