Taste: a rich, muscular wine. It is made from vintage old vines, which are almost 100 years old. They were planted on the soil of red marl, limestone and gravel in 1919. After fermentation with natural yeast, the wine was aged on a lees in 600-liter barrels for 2 years and was bottled without filtration and without the addition of sulfur.
