Organic Farming. Taste: Blanched almonds, sliced white peaches, yellow plums, fresh herbs and some mild spices mingle harmoniously on the nose. It’s medium-bodied and focused. Silky texture with natural freshness at the center and an attractive finish.
Critic tasting note: (2021 vintage) "The 2021 Ma Belle-Fille needs a little coaxing to bring out notes of lemongrass, crushed rocks, Marcona almonds, and lemon drops, leading to notes of Golden Delicious apples and juicy pears. The medium-bodied palate.
Taste: Pours brassy gold with heavy mousse and a quick bead. Golden crisp apple, brioche, yellow plum, hints of lime, oyster shell, sea spray, and a touch of praline on the nose. Palate carries over, highlighting yellow fruit and salty minerality.
