Taste: "Spiked with sandalwood and sweet spice, this medium-bodied, richly black-berried Pinot Noir is sourced from organic vineyards just a stone's throw from the Grand Cru Mazis-Chambertin. It's a touch deeper in black-fruit character and smokier than the producer's other village-level Gevrey-Chambertin bottlings but shares the same lusciousness of texture and fine, mouthcoating tannins." - Wine Enthusiast

Critic tasting note: "Orange rind, biscuit and berry fruit on the nose. Hints of ginger and walnut, too. It’s bright, dry and lively on the palate with fine bubbles and a nutty finish. 100% pinot noir. 3g/L dosage. Disgorged September 2023."
Taste: The wine shows vibrant minerality, citrus, and white flower notes, with a clean, structured palate. Joseph Colin's "Mes Sept Terroirs" is made 100% Chardonnay sourced from seven different vineyard.
Taste: Beautiful deep gold. The nose is showing chanterelles, fresh scents of undergrowth with accompanied notes of candied orange, quince, dried fig, wax and a little saffron reminder. It's perfectly supported by beautiful acidity.
