Rolling Fork Spirits 11 Year Small Batch Rum, El Salvador (750ml)

This blend of small-batch rums distilled in El Salvador, each at least 11 years old, was re-casked into Kentucky bourbon and rye whiskey barrels to add sweet notes of vanilla, caramel, white flowers and citrus fruit. To balance the sweet flavors, some of the rum was aged in French oak Port wine casks and Sherry casks, bringing notes of baking spice, hazelnut and dark fruits. Bottled at cask strength (110 proof).
