Maesil (Korean Plums) is harvested at peak ripeness when the plums turn from green to a reddish golden color. The maesil is then macerated in a neutral cane spirit with a touch of local Jeju Island honey resulting in a fruity, rich, aromatic and smooth taste. Excellent on the rocks or in a cocktail.
