This artisanal mezcal hand crafted by mezcalero Cosme Hernandez is made from Espadín agave plants harvested from very high altitudes, fermented in traditional pine wood vats, and double distilled in tiny pot stills. The perfect clarity of the spirit foreshadows the purity in the aromas and flavors, of which there are many. Coming in waves are notes of clean white smoke, green peppercorn, key lime, minerals, wet stone, aloe, sweet nectar and more. Sadly, there is no more of this to be had and once this sells out it is likely gone for good. Get it while it lasts.
