Distilled utilizing 94% Danko Rye and 6% Malted Barley grown on shores of Conesus Lake in the Finger Lakes. This Straight Rye is aged for three years in oak barrels giving the whiskey complex notes of baking spices, stone fruits and oak. Excellent for sipping or in a Manhattan
