About the Cocktail: Blood Orange Cosmo is delightful twist on a classic cosmopolitan. Starting with none other than Boyd & Blair Potato Vodka, then added blood orange for notes of citrus & raspberry. Finished with the crisp flavor of cranberry and a touch of lime. Shake and pour into a martini glass or enjoy it on the rocks.

In fact, it’s our hearts that make Boyd & Blair a truly great tasting vodka. Allow us to explain For every batch of vodka produced in a single still, there are three parts. The first part is known as the “heads”. These toxic, bitter alcohols are discarded. The “hearts” flow next. We collect these naturally sweet spirits one batch at a time. The final part is the “tails”. Most distillers recycle these musty alcohols to increase their yield. Not Boyd & Blair. We bottle only the hearts.
Taste: Traditioanl junmai aromas of Asian pear, salted melon, banana, and cream. The silky palate has a satisfying weight and is gently mouthwatering. Flavors include fruity notes from the nose-pear, melon and banana-but also wonderfully savory aspects.
