About the Tequila: El Güel Tequila Blanco is made with 100% Blue Weber agave with no additives and no diffuser by maestra tequilera Zandra Gomez de Santiago at NOM1424; a woman-owned and woman-run distillery in the town of San Juanito de Escobedo in the valles of Jalisco. The name “El Güel” (pronounced /el wel/) is an homage to all the "paisas" of Mexican heritage in the hospitality industry as it is the way they refer to “house pours.”
