About the wine: 100% estate-grown, fermented in 59% stainless steel and 41% new French oak. CCOF Certified Organic. HanzellEstate Vineyard (Moon Mountain AVA) Sourced from de Brye,Zellerbach, Day, Ramos and Ambassador’s 1953 vineyard blocks. Average vine age: 38-year-old. Red Hills Series and Raynor-Montaraclay-loam soils. 415-810 ft. elevation. Hand-harvested. Two hours minimum juice and skin contact prior to pressing. Fermented in 59% stainless steel and 41% new French oak barrels. Lees stirred for first two months. 41% – all of the barrel fermented portion goes through malolactic fermentation. Aged 18 months total in mix of new French oak, used French oak & stainless-steel.

Organic Farming. Antica Terra "The Glories No. 3" 2019 is a rare, premium white blend from Oregon's Willamette Valley, primarily Chardonnay with some dried Roussanne, known for its complex, savory notes of radish, butter, eucalyptus, lemongrass, and brine.
Taste: exceptional Champagne, only released in top vintages, shows its rare qualities. Its poise between texture, acidity, intense aging ability and minerality are so right. It is ready to drink, but that would be a shame, because this wine will age well.
Taste: Bronze tones combined with the intense depth of a great red wine. The nobility of red berries: hints of red currant, cherry and wild strawberry A spicy touch, not unlike Special Cuvée. A subtle combination of structure, length and vivacity.
