Made entirely of UK Peated Malted Barly from the UK, this "Sctoch-esque" whiskey is made following the same guidelines as its Scottish counterparts, but made entire here in Brooklyn. Twice distilled in traditional Scottish pot stills then aged for a minimum of three years in Kings County's own ex-bourbon barrels. Bottled at 94 proof this whiskey is decadent and sophisticated with flavors of burnt honey, orange peel, hay and peaty smoke. Made for sipping on long weekends. This is Batch #8
