Mahu's Sauvignon Blanc comes from Chile's Maule Valley, the country's largest and one of its oldest wine-growing regions, located in the Central Valley south of Santiago — and it delivers serious character for the price.
Made by Pablo Morandé, a name that carries real weight in Chilean winemaking, this Sauvignon Blanc is zesty and refreshing, with bright notes of passion fruit, gooseberry, and citrus, plus a green, flinty edge. Maule's varied soils and continental climate — warm days, cool nights — give the grapes plenty of ripeness while still holding onto the acidity and minerality that make this style so food-friendly.
