The Black Dove's Scared Heart Reposado is made in Jalisco of Blue Weber agave that is slow roasted for between 48-62 hours then twice distilled before being brought to proof using the region's volcanic mineral rich water and aged for at least 3 months in new American Oak barrels intensifing the aromas and toasted flavors.
