This is Brooklyn's Van Burnt Stillhouse unique take on a "scotch" style whiskey that utilizes 8 different types of malted barley sourced from around the globe. Fermented on the grain allowing for greater complexity and depth even before this whiskey evens hits the stills. Double distilled and aged in Van Brunt's own ex-bourbon barrels this single malt has notes of tobacco, clove and apricot give way to a salted caramel and chocolate finish.
