Taste: Soft yellow colour. Typical floral scent: acacia blossoms and wisteria, with notes of honey and banana. The strong acidity gives the freshness; the bubbles in the mouth are velvety, silky.
Taste: The La Vieille Ferme Rose is fresh and smooth, with bright cherry and berry flavors; dry on the palate and well balanced; a wonderful food wine that will be perfet for your spring-time entrees.
