The Lopez family has been growing agave in Jalisco for 4 generations with a focus on perfecting cultivation and distillation techniques. This mix of artisanal and traditional shines through every bottle. Excellent value! A family run operation from start to finish including the prized acres of land 4th generation Roberto Lopez Anaya operates to the distillery where they only make their name sake brand and this wonderful blanco. Able to be extra selective when harvesting their agaves, only very ripe, fully mature ones are picked that are then artisanaly produced including masonry oven cooking, tahona crushing, wood and steel fermenters, copper and steel pot distillation and zero additives.
