A thrilling new addition from Mike and Jeff at Transatlantic Bubbles--for the first time ever--their own custom label. The wine in the bottle is a harmonious combination of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grown in the prized terroir Le Clos de Massigny, quite a find in the Cote Chatillonnais and made by a small farmer we really want to support. Notes of salted pear, ginger, white tea, wild flowers, fresh herbs and crushed sea shells harmonize. There is serious value here. Although this isn't true Champagne--believe me, Champagne drinkers should rejoice. The first bottling to hit the shelf is 2018 base and at this time, production is hovering around 300 cases annually.
