Organic Farming & Vegan. Taste: made from estate Chardonnay grapes, its is cloudy in appearance due to being unfiltered and is slightly fizzy, characteristic of Pet Nat wines.
Taste: The nose is for diving, ripe but not overripe, yeast notes, exotic fruit, guava, candied fruit, also mushroom and hazelnut, very complex. Strong on the palate, full-bodied, excellent in structure, matured to perfection.
Taste: exceptional Champagne, only released in top vintages, shows its rare qualities. Its poise between texture, acidity, intense aging ability and minerality are so right. It is ready to drink, but that would be a shame, because this wine will age well.
Organic Farming. Taste: "The 2020 Corton-Charlemagne Grand Cru has an expressive nose with white peach, apricot blossom, and a touch of crushed stone. The palate is fresh and vibrant, lightly spiced, very cohesive with impressive depth on the finish."
