Bordiga's Amaro Dilei was originally made for Café Dilei, a famous cafe in Turino back in late 19th century. Made in the small Occitan Alpine town of Cuneo with wild foraged Wormwoord, Genepy, Juniper and 6 more Alpine botanicals.
Taste: firm bitterness, with citrus peel and herbs give aromatic lift. The style is clean, balanced, and traditional, offering a classic Piedmontese bitterness with moderate sweetness and a gently herbal finish.
