Taste: There's flinty, smoky, salty reduction going on here, but it's well-judged and lends an extra layer of complexity, as well as providing additional tension. Excellent precision defines the mid-palate.
Biodynamic Farming. Taste: a delicate perfume of chamomile, spearmint and nectarine. There's a round richness to the wine's mid-palate, elegant and fine-boned, which is quite the feat in this dry, warm year. It offers vibrant acidity, striking minerality.
Organic Farming. Taste: Blanched almonds, sliced white peaches, yellow plums, fresh herbs and some mild spices mingle harmoniously on the nose. It’s medium-bodied and focused. Silky texture with natural freshness at the center and an attractive finish.
Organic Farming. Taste: Pale gold color, this Chenin Blanc shows beautiful aromas of pear with hints of apricot, minerals, honeycomb, grapefruit, pear, sweet spice finish. On the palate, the wine is lush, round, with a viscous texture and pear.
