Dark Demerara rum produced by Demerara Distillers Limited at Diamond Distillery, the last remaining distillery in Guyana. Produced in accordance with the Demerara Rum Geographical Indication. Distilled from 100% molasses primarily in DDL’s heritage four-column metal French Savalle still and multi-pressure rectification still (MPRS). Aromas of caramelized palm sugar and vanilla buttercream precede a palate that oscillates between sweet molasses and fresh, green sugarcane fibers with a hint of toasted almond and nutmeg on the finish. 40% ABV
