tasting note: "Deep, yet bright, lemon yellow color. Intense, rich aromas are of peach & pineapple fruit with clean, cedary oak & honey notes. A very sweet palate opens with good citric freshness, opening to a lemon sherbet note then ripe peach & honey.

Taste: Beautiful deep gold. The nose is showing chanterelles, fresh scents of undergrowth with accompanied notes of candied orange, quince, dried fig, wax and a little saffron reminder. It's perfectly supported by beautiful acidity.

The 2021 Eisele Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc offers vibrant notes of gooseberries, lemongrass, lime zest, and fresh grapefruit, with suggestions of chalk dust and sea spray, plus a waft of orange blossom. The medium to full-bodied palate is so energetic.

Certified Organic & Biodynamic. Taste: Aromatics of orange blossom and tropical jackfruit with moderately tannic dried citrus peels, tea and preserved apricots on the yeasty and textured plate.
